The TheFetishNetwork.com website and associated mobile applications ("The Fetish Network") are owned and operated wholly by us.
These terms apply equally whether you access The Fetish Network via a desktop browser, mobile browser, mobile phone, tablet device, or any other digital device.
The Fetish Network is for adults aged 18 years of age or older. Persons under 18 years, pretending to be over 18 years, or individuals soliciting persons under 18 years will be removed from The Fetish Network and further use will be blocked. The content of The Fetish Network may be of an explicit adult nature and contain sexual imagery and text. You agree that this type of content does not cause you offence. We are not liable to remove content that causes you offence unless it is in breach of our content policy or applicable laws.

On becoming a member, you choose your username and password. The Fetish Network reserves the right to remove inactive accounts. This action will only occur if your account has existed for more than 90 days and you have been inactive for more than 30 consecutive days.
Standard Membership is free. Premium Membership fees are at the rates shown on TheFetishNetwork.com. If you are a Premium Member, you must pay renewal fees before the expiry of your current membership in pounds sterling. If you do not pay on time, your Premium Membership will be downgraded to Standard Membership until you have paid your membership fees. Membership is not transferable between profiles.
When purchasing Premium membership through TheFetishNetwork.com, you agree to pay, using a valid credit card (or another form of payment which we may accept from time to time) the membership fees at the rates shown. The charge will appear on your credit card as one of the following: SquareNet Media Limited. You will receive an email receipt for any charges to your card on the date the payment is taken.
You have the right to cancel your contract for Premium Membership within 14 days from the date of placing your order ("Cancellation Period"). If you cancel your Premium Membership during the Cancellation Period, we will reimburse you for all payments received, provided you will not receive a refund for the portion of your payments attributable to the days during which you had access to the Premium Membership.
When you post content to The Fetish Network, you retain your intellectual property rights but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.

Members must not:
We ask for your help in maintaining the high standards of The Fetish Network by immediately notifying us of any material or communications that are in breach of these terms or that are, or appear to be, illegal. You can report alleged abuses to us at support@thefetishnetwork.com or through the "Help" section of your device.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access or use the Service will cease immediately. Any data or content associated with your account may also be deleted at our discretion, subject to applicable laws or our data retention policies.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service. Please note that terminating your account does not absolve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.
In the event that your account is suspended or completely removed by us, any TIPS owed to you will be forfeited and will not be paid out.
The trademarks, logos, names, fonts, and images displayed on The Fetish Network are the registered or unregistered trademarks of SquareNet Media Limited or licensed to it. Except as expressly provided in these terms, you may not use any trademarks without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SquareNet Media Limited, its affiliates, employees, agents, or licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of The Fetish Network. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by interruptions, errors, delays, or unauthorized access, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of The Fetish Network will not exceed the total amount paid by you for membership fees in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms on TheFetishNetwork.com. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the website.
Your continued use of The Fetish Network after the terms have been updated constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and cancel your account.
